What facilities are available?

There are enough toilets but NO SHOWERS. Please bring your own toilet paper.

Are you geared for the disabled?

Is there electricity?

NONE. There are NO electrical points to charge cell phones/laptops etc but we have a stall with facilitates to charge your phone at a fee.

Can I bring a generator?

Yes. But only a silent one and the people with generators will be asked to park at the back of the venue out of respect for the other campers. 

Campers must put generator off at 22:00 and may not be switch on before 06:00. That means generators at camping sites may only be used between 06:00 and 22:00.

Are fires allowed?

NO open fires. Only gas equipment and gas braai`s allowed (certified equipment only). There will be a communal area for braaing.

What must I bring?

Bible, your tent, sleeping equipment (mattress – optional, pillow, sleeping bag), chair, warm clothes, toilet paper, toiletries, matches, suntan lotion and raincoat, hat, black rubbish bags for your rubbish, 25 Litres water for a handwash and 5 Litres of your own drinking water! Your own food or purchase from, the stalls.

Do I need to bring my own food?

You may bring your own food or you can purchase food from the stalls at the camp

How do I heat my food?

You may bring a gas stove / skottle braai or normal braai (to be used in designated areas only).

What food will be available?

Water, Boerewors rolls, Hamburgers, Boepens broodjies, Biltong, Chocolates; sweets; chips, cold drinks, Fizzy, Still, Fruit Juice, etc.

What other stalls will be on site?

There will also be clothing and book vendors on site.

Do I need to bring money with me?

Yes please do. There will also be an ATM available. Some vendors will make use of card facilities. There will be food, cool drink and clothing stalls available.

What are the camp rules about cars, motorbikes and buses?

Parking of vehicles is at the owner’s risk. Your vehicle must be locked at all times. All vehicles to be parked at designated parking area. 
Buses must park in a designated area. Please inform us if you intend coming by bus so that we can plan for bus parking.

Will there be security on site?

There will be camp marshals to ensure that all regulations are adhered to for your safety.  For your security and that of others, we reserve the right to have anyone removed from the camp that causes any risk to harm to himself or to other visitors. 
We are not responsible for the safety and security of your possessions.

What is your firearm policy?

NO firearms allowed. For your own safety and that of others.
You WILL be asked to leave the premises if you bring a firearm.

Can I bring alchohol?


Is music allowed?

In respect for all campers, NO music is allowed. Only hand instruments like guitars allowed between 08:00 and 21:00

Are there rubbish bins available?


What happens if I forgot or lost my ticket?

A no ticket, no entry policy is implemented to ensure controlled access.

Is there a program available?

The program will be announced on the website the week before the conference.


The only accommodation available is the tent or caravan you bring.
